Auto detect if OCX is installed #7

Detect if OCX is installed, and offer option to download and install.

This was fixed in https://github.com/MSNLD/msnld-client/commit/83d842884487bfc04635009546a4c14415891186

One slight issue, when OCX is installed the continue button is not enabled (closing the dialog does work though)
