i'd like the ability to make the bars in safari completely opaque (currently the bars like the address bar and bottom bar are somewhat transparent and they slightly change color depending what is behind them like when scrolling through a page and the bars change color as a result)
alternatively, i'd also like the ablity to make iOS completely opaque therefore no transparent ui's if possible
