fix usul changes without the usul specified #27

The recent commits in have corrected many scores with usul changes. However because I don't know the internal id of the usul I wasn't able write the complete information. Get the number and correct usul from Kemal and fix these.

Fixed most of them. Only 4 remaining, waiting for Kemal's answer.
