uuhm yeah boats just sink

Minecraft version: 1.19.4
Server software: Paper
Plugin version: 2.5.0-pre2

When and why?

First it just hovers on the water like normal and than after you go in and go arround an bit and than leave the vehicle it start to sink really slowly
