Wizardy Enhance can not be cancelled #522

Describe the bug Wizardy Enhance can not be cancelled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login a Wiz character with 'Wizardry Enhance' skill
  2. Cast 'Wizardry Enhance'
  3. // Icon for wiz enhance must show at the top of screen
  4. Right click icon, then click OK
  5. // Wizardry Enhance not removed

Expected behavior Wizardry Enhance buff should be removed after clicking OK on the cancel prompt
