Suggestion: Delete addons/.../examples files after copying #123

I don't think this should happen automatically, so that users can still run the copy process again in case for some reason the first copy didn't work as intended. Maybe I'd make it an option only available from the Project > Tools > ... menu.

It should probably have it's own dialog window asking for confirmation.
