Is there any way to access bigWig/Bamfiles from perturbation experiments? Thanks a lot for your time. Cheers, Pablo.

Hi @pabloacera most of the data in SigCom LINCS is from the L1000 assay which does not have these files. To get the raw data from the L1000 experiments, please visit clue.io.
