Describe your idea clearly and concisely.
Colour picker -- the ability to select an existing colour from the screen / another network. I know there are other mods that implement a colour picker so it would probably be a fairly simple addition as that code is likely already open source.

Why would this idea be a good addition to IMT?
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
It would make for easy matching of various road's like bike or bus lanes, or non-standard lines.
