Frontend - update nutrition page layout #51

This page needs to be so that there is an add button that the user can click on the top right which opens up a pop up that has the search bar and allows the user to input the amounts (talk w James to figure out exactly what is needed in the backend)

Also need to create a search button with the magnifying glass that will open up the search field at the bottom

also need to implement some kind of a calendar so nutrition info is stored by date.
