For mq_3D_coreg.m ... when marking the locations of the marker coils.. this could be made more user-friendly. Ideas:

Telling the user which color & location of marker to press (e.g. "Blue Front-Centre")
Toggle option to turn on/off color
Easily fix a marker placed in the wrong location

Related point: when downsampling, mq_3D_coreg should preserve face information, but still cue data off below a particular z-limit...
