Fatesinger ED: Incorrect description on The Rhythm to Reign #782

In the Fatesinger epic destiny, the T3 ability called The Rhythm to Reign (the one granting + hit and damage on vorpal) incorrectly states that it scales with melee power. The wiki was corrected some time ago as it does indeed scale with spellpower.
