War Soul T4 has an imbue, Fires of Fury, which should be where Silence the Wicked is in the tree (that got removed in the Imbue pass).

Text description seems correct, and the imbue toggle appears at 2AP, but it's the wrong name, a 3-rank skill (instead of 2AP one-rank), wrong icon, wrong name? I'm not sure what happened there lol.
