Add auto timestamps #5

Add the ability to easily create discord timestamps using the bot (no longer needed to go to hammertime or make it yourself entirely even)

Would a system similar to Friend Time be a decent starting point?

That was not what I had in mind, but may be an interesting addition to the idea.

What I had in mind was that people could link their account to the bot and save a timezone for themselves (which may also be shown in the citizencard, now that I think about it, #3 After which they could use the command and just put in a time such as 17:00 (maybe also make PM AM work for those that prefer that) and it would give you a copy-pastable timestamp that you can use then

So the command could have the following variables: Weekday, Day, Month, Year, Exact time, depending on which is used a different type of timestamp could be created, out of viable options seen in https://hammertime.cyou/en-GB

Closing as an external solution has been found, can reopen if that solution ever becomes a problem.
