Add missing name and version in table [project] in 'pyproject.toml'. #78

Fixes issue #77.

I've temporarily uploaded https://pypi.org/project/mvaled-immutables/ to see if my CI jobs would work with this distribution.

I confirm that the patched distribution can be installed in the CI environment

Notice 'immutables' still fails (it's been brought by a dependency).
