Thanks friend. But I want to add a note with you that for 64-bit System user It's must that python should be amd64 type (latest : python-3.7.4-amd64). ''amd64'' says that it's for 64-bit System. If 64-bit system uses amd32 (generally as : python-3.7.4) python then many high library - packages won't be installed by pip. For 32-bit user the process is same as you given. Thanks.
