Migrate to angular standalone components

Description

Updated angular, typescript ngrx and other dependencies #3652 (this PR is based on that one so it's enough to merge this)
Migrate Angular to Standalone Components and remove all NgModules.
Had to pin "jest-preset-angular": "14.1.0" as the 14.1.1 versions breaks the serialize3mf test (just the test). https://github.com/thymikee/jest-preset-angular/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#1411-2024-06-19
Had to add optionalDependencies because of a bug in npm causing e2e tests on the pipeline not to run
