Use Tungsten as endgame material for Mekanism #37

Endgame items of mekanism (digital miner, fission/fusion reactor, SPS, etc.) should use tungsten in recipes. Can currently be liquified from ancient debris with alchemistry dissolver, but some other way of obtaining it could be good (full ore processing of rare earth perhaps)

Also add tungsten to emendatus enigmatica processed materials list (rods, plates, etc)
