+ adds Prettier and updates all files accordingly

• Updates Modal.tsx, LobbyMatchModal.tsx, and NewMatchModal.tsx to use appropriate scss styles
• Removes opponent avatar and match records since there was a bit too much jank and it was throwing off the rest of the modal - can revisit later ~ Cleans up some misc scss stuff
