Update maven plugin versions in parent-poms #371

Walkthrough plugin versions in:

1. trunk/pom.xml
2. trunk/commons/poms/default-parent

and update where needed.

For example:

<maven-release-plugin.version>2.0-beta-9</maven-release-plugin.version>

is outdated.

Backwards compatibility
---------------------
Parent-poms derived from the default-parent might need to be updated.

Also check whats required for building with latest Maven release (now 3.2.1), 
we are now building with 3.0.5.

Also unify use of repositories (select one URL, they point to the same 
resource) for:

https://repository.mulesoft.org/releases/
https://repository.mulesoft.org/nexus/content/repositories/releases/
