Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, every single heading, no matter the depth, is included in the Table of Contents. This can make the ToC long and/or ugly in cases where there is lots of nesting.

Describe the solution you'd like

[ ] Add an optional flag to the command called depth
[ ] Only nest headings up to the given depth
