Remove SlimerJS binaries from package in flavour of `slimerjs` #5

It would be nice to make this drivers more similar to node-phantomjs-simple. SlimerJS can be installed via npm install slimerjs without problems.

  1. Current package has frozen dependency on slimer version
  2. Huge size. For example, in navit i'd like to include both drivers, but allow user to install the rest (big binaries).

Closing. Moved to original node-phantom-simple, it now supports both phantom and slimer.
