big change #12

i have removed option "list installed packages", because it can be replaced by option "remove package" (it also lists all installed packages). i added option "pacman log" --> this is handy, when an update breaks your system and you want to find out, which packages got updated. (later, you can try to downgrade them) i also restructured the interface. now, it contains 3 boxes: the first box is for updating/installing/removing and handy tools for doing that. the second box is for maintaining/optimizing/fixing.

@pekman1 : if we merge this big change, will it affect your translation? there are only minor changes in the text (small changes to the help page and 1 new option), but the overall structure changes.

I think this would be excellent update, especially if it does not hider translation too much. The structure is more clear like this.

@pekman1 I hope you can state your opinion soon. I would like to include the updated version in next release of bspwm edition, and this is one the final issues holding back the release.
