More cyanide symptoms no one asked for #61

Cyanide now causes weakness, confusion, headache, seizures, acidosis (in reasonable amounts this time) and coma.

Tested, works.

The new humanupdate.lua code looks out of place and therefore I am prepared to be enlightened about my lack of understanding soon.
