how it works this function?

how it works the funtion in the top right of the window "split long lines",
"line continuation begin/end strings"? because would be of incalculable 
assistance divider lines besides long division by many characters dividing line 
could work for punctuation marks such as the end point of the line.

thanks for your work as it is for me the best soft editor of subtitles,

Hi Marcelo,

The "line continuation begin/end strings" are string that can be used when 
splitting a line that does not end naturally (e.g. with a period). Example:

This is a very very long line that very very surely should be split into yet 
another line which makes it easier to read for most people.
