Section not available after install #1

I'm running Umbraco 7.1.2 and I just installed the package but there is no event calendar section in the list of sections that can be enabled for a user.

I've restarted the site, bumped the web config and cleared the cache with no love. Any ideas?

This seems to be a bug with Umbraco. Please disregard.
