I've created a privacy policy and terms and conditions which are hosted by a 3rd party. Ideally users will agree to these when they register and also when they pay to subscribe. They should also be linked to from the footer in the app.

@Safiyya - can you add links to these in the app where appropriate Tom will investigate how these can be added to the subscription page

Are we asking new users to tick a checkbox I agree to Maptio's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions or should we have a "By signing in , you agree to Maptio's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions" . I see both methods on different Saas and not sure if there is any legal ramifications I'm not aware of ?
