Remove Slack integration option and replace with "contact us" message #701

The Slack integration isn't used, let's replace it with some text - as described below

Here's the issue as written out in the self-service onboarding spreadsheet:

Remove the Slack integration from the Integrations tab in org settings. Replace with some text saying contact support@maptio.com if you require an integration with another system (this will be useful customer insight)
