I assume "in 5 minutes" but continuing to edit?

This is tricky. While you can save your work either to an OSC or JOSM format file and upload it later, to be able to continue editing in a consistent manner, any new objects in the data need to continue to be present in the data.

With other words this would really only work if you are moving between disjunkt areas aka areas that have no overlap in the data.
