[Suggestion] Commander Stats to file & Configurable text output #2

Was having a look around through all the files and was sad to not see anything related to CMDR name or balance, something I would like to have on screen for new viewers to join and see the stats of the person they're watching.

Some options for text output would also be much appreciated for example adding "Shipname:" infront of the actual ship name to produce "Shipname: ASP Explorer" would be incredibly helpful and save the hassle of having to make multiple text sources in OBS

The 2.0.0-rc1 release there appears to work, but I only performed a perfunctory check of simply logging into the game and checking the output files.
