Overwatch Tracking not working #75

I tried to use the overwatch tracking command on the official live version of Mops hosted by you and everytime I try to track a player it states it can't find a profile because it might be private. It's not on private tho as you can access my profile right here.

The service we used to gather Overwatch data has been discontinued. https://github.com/Fuyukai/OWAPI/issues/302

Whether we will work on an alternative is up to @Togira-Ikonoka
