Is there a way to make NPCs drop certain items after being killed?

if not, is there any mod that could make it compatible with this?

You can use the On Death Action to drop items. after being killed. See: https://github.com/MarkusBordihn/BOs-Easy-NPC/wiki/Actions#basic-actions-
