The index page now shows links for displaying the slides with notes (https://github.com/MartenBE/mkslides/commit/cfe8f875fa319826a5ebf5ededb9f72f81469061). This is a cleaner option using Reveal.js built-in functionality, instead of an abandoned plugin.
