Automate what happens at release time #52

I want to find an automated way for

generating egg package
creating the release on github
generate the release note file and update the readme.md file
send a notification email to the mailing list

setup.py and release.sh are now able to create git tags, eggs and all the required tasks, I'll test them at next release. the readme.md file needs to be edited manually.
