CI failing #328

This is mostly for information: the CI is currently not working because on either Bioc 3.17 or 3.18 the packages xcms, CAMERA, MSnbase are not available. This is even though the packages seem to be compiling just fine in the build report. @sneumann is aware, probably the solution is time.

Trying Bioc container RELEASE_3_17 since this seems to be working on my machine bioc-317

R CMD check ran through (I don't understand why there are no warnings now, I still expected a few warnings). BiocCheck didn't run
