While working on https://selectel.ru/blog/tutorials/pwd_bot/, had to improve the bot:

Support for Memory storage (good for development) besides Redis
Systemd example
Clean up default wordslist
Update aiogram 2.13 -> 2.24 (still no aiogram 3.x)
