Highlight text encased between ``

One difference between this and the official GitHub app that (kinda) annoys me is that text encased inside `` don't have a translucent background. It may not sound important, But it makes lists a lot harder to read.

oh yeah i only apply some basic css to the rendered markdown, planning on replacing it with a more native solution soon
