A version of lmh translate that would allow easier translation of modules inside the glossary. This can be independent of the other lmh code for now. As a first iteration we can imagine an interface that
takes as parameters the original file and the language that should be created
on the command line displays the current segment of text to be translated
asks the user to translate the text (or say that they do not know it)
then moves on to the next segment
eventually writes the file to disk without \ttl{...}s
