tar -I zstd -xf wdissector.tar.zst is returning an error #16

I'm getting the following error when I'm trying to run the second instruction

zstd: /*stdin*\: unsupported format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Is there something wrong with the file?
