The actually buttons config is rigid, you can not change it.

Please add the posibility to remap buttons on six axis controller!

Newest release has a BETTER button style.  Might solve your problem in the 
short term.

This has been properly addressed as of this revision - rd6b613ba90.

Controls are totally customisable now - so everybody can set it up just the way 
they like it.
