Configuration file for FCEU-PS3 #9

Hello,

I would like to save the emulator settings aswell as setting a default ROM path.
Or having a config file that I can edit and put in the FCEU9000 dir on the 
PS3HDD.

Path changes should be coming shortly.

The settings do save now.  squarepusher can comment more on this (when/where 
they save).

Default ROM path can now be set as of this revision: 47aa2dc557.

A new version will be released shortly with these changes and more.
