notscirpts not working, after delete "cookies & filesystem" with "click & clean" extension

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install "click & clean", then click option, the click "Dev" mode
2. then select "Websites that have been installed as hosted applications" 
3. Delete  webSQLdatses, file systems, local storage, indexed databases and 
Emtpy application cache
after that, notscripts not working anymore, I did reinstall and did not help.

notscipts do not let me choice, allow/block/temp to run script,
when I click the notscripts icon, notscirpts always show "home & option"

how to completely remove notscripts?
I want to completely remove it, then reinstall it. 

please help, thank you.

I find out the problem now,
when the website is not allow cookie accept, (I want blocklist mode for cookie 
accept)
notscripts will not let user choice allow/block/temp to run script,
it only show "option & home" link.

when I accept cookie for those website, notscripts work fine.

why notscripts can not work for website is not allow to accept cookie(s)?
any workaround to solve it?
