Mega man legends black screen after logo. #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load SLUS-01140.bin
2.Wait for it to load

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black screen after logo

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?
Wiisx 2.1

Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)?
SCPH1001 - With HLE DSI Exception Occurs

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?
Dynarec and Interpreter (Both with the same result)

Sorry, i didn't put the game correctly, it's megaman legends 2 not the first

Test this on PC with pcsx-reloaded and report back if it works there with x86 
interpreter/dynarec.

Didn't work with x86 interpreter/dynarec on pcsx-reloaded.
