Dear dborth,
After your negative feedback I decided to inspect the emulator deeper, once
more, and surprisingly I found a solution for my problem/feature request! It's
so simple! I think it is important to mention it here:
The solution resides on the ZOOM option.
YES! Right on the spot...
For a 480i CRT TV, if you turn FILTERING OFF and adjust
image zoom to 75% you will have a perfect 1x1 pixel screen aspect ratio,
no distortion, no artifacts, superbly correct!
WOW... I am very happy about this...
The only thing I miss now is the "240p" effect, just like NES and SNES (and
most Virtual Console) provide. But since you already said "WontFix" I will let
my hope go down, after all the most urgent part was the pixel perfect issue,
and now it is solved!
Best Regards!
Cospefogo.

Cospefogo, you should check the information I posted over on the WiiBrew wiki
Discussion page for vbagx:

If you've only set your horizontal scaling to 75%, you're only half done, heh.
You also need to set a vertical scaling factor too, in order to make it perfect.

Hi Aaron! It's very nice to meet someone else as picky as me when regarding
correct pixel aspect ratio. And yes... I found out my settings by reducing to
75% on width and 75% on height... horizontal + vertical indeed.
Anyway, thanks soooooo much for your link. I have been requesting such
information for many weeks... I am suprised to not come across that discussion
page earlier. I will test that settings tonight!
Best regards,
Cospefogo.
