Expected behavior: to be able to open youtube and other filtered websites
Actual behavior: failed error in log
How to reproduce
I accidentally clicked the program and didn't run it as an administrator then all of a sudden I couldn't connect with it anymore I tried some methods such as updating drivers/using recovery reset point/network settings reset and troubleshoot but none of them worked, the only clue I have is that in network adapters the Neko-ray adapter status says it no network access in IPv4 & IPv6. I'm on windows and I'm 100 percent sure my proxy servers are fine. some times it doesn't work at all and just asks to be restarted again and again
