Cannot Connect iPhone 6sPlus #26

My iPhone 6sPlus couldn’t connect to set nonce, They all stuck at Starting Eclipsa and couldn’t continue, I tried with any Macos and they still stuck in there, can you fix it , please sir , I don’t know why my iPhone 6sPlus with ios 15.1 cannot set nonce, please help me
