Various improvements for ⚛ #34

Finally got around cleaning-up the changes we're using for type generation 😅

✨ New features :

support for nullable properties
support enums with integer values
always prefer "type" (remove interface check)
support allOf type definitions
generate ApiMethod, ApiResponse & ApiRequest types from paths & schemas (this should probably be controlled through a CLI argument)

⚙️ Todo :

add more unit-tests
add CLI argument to control generation of ApiMethod, ApiResponse & ApiRequest
Allow customising the ApiMethod (see strict parameter in genApiMethodsType)
