BufferHeight mode does not work #1938

Required information!
OS version: Win7 SP1  x64
ConEmu version: 150309[64]
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): 4242 x64

*Bug description*
BufferHeight mode does not work in Windows 7

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Download ConEmu 150309[64] portable.
2. Unzip to FAR folder.
3. Open ConEmu64.exe.
4. Click button BufferHeight mode.
5. Nothing happens.

And must not due to MicrosoftBugs.
Use /w switch.
