Describe your suggestions

Operator protection (if a player gets operator that is not on the op whitelist, he will be deopted)
TAB customization (customize the TAB-List)
tphere and tpahere command (/tpahere, this command sends a teleport here request to a player. /tphere should force-tp a player to you)
Simple anti-combat log (An anti-combat log feature, if a player leaves the server during the combat timer he will be punished)
A larger enderchest via permission

For tablist everyone uses the free and opensource TAB plugin, I don't see the point of implementing it.
