Long time these bosses don't have any update! So here it is.

Headquarter Foster

Changes log:

Add intromusic and outtromusic.
Add new background music.
Add new attributes to weapons.
Add download path to download High Leader Soldier's model and materials.
Add custom skins.
Change file location from "freak_fortress_2" into "tfoc_exclusive".
Change ability from "Vaccinator Resistances" to "Sucessfully Resistances" on rage.

High Leader Soldier

Changes log:

Add new attributes to weapons.
Buff Shotgun's damage bonus from 250% > 350%.
Improve custom skin.
Change file location from "freak_fortress_2" into "tfoc_exclusive".
