Any possibility of getting a more step-by-step readme for building the app? Having issue trying to get the app to build at this point. Already got my datadump file from Niantic.

What exactly are you looking for? You could also download a precompiled binary from the releases, as written in the readme. You then have to execute the app from your Terminal/CMD.

Any ideas how to upload this data to Uniques plugin of the IITC project?

You can't, this tool doesn't have any IITC integration, and it's imo out of scope for it as well.

However, you should be able to convert your game log to a draw-tools export yourself with some scripting.
